Welding & Fabrication Department
Since 1994, Pharma Hygiene Products’ world class Welding & Fabrication Department has utilised trusted methods and reliable equipment to ensure we maintain the premium quality of our customised and bespoke solutions. We work exclusively with proven equipment from Baileigh, CNC, Colchester, Europa MillTech and more.
Our award-winning facilities include:
· Three dedicated Welding Bays, with Spot, Mig and Tig welders.
· Grinding & Polishing Room, including pedestal polishers, both air and electric die grinders, and tungsten grinders.
· A comprehensive range of modern fabrication equipment, including guillotine, box pan folder, roller, calibrated scales, lathes, mill, parts washer, etching station and more.

Machine Shop
The Pharma Hygiene Products Machine Shop is an expansive, modern facility equipped with the latest in precision tooling technology, including Alligator CNC saws, Europa Milltech mills and lathes by Colchester.
Continuous investment in this facility demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with only the highest quality solutions.
Design Department
Our dedicated technical department offers their expertise to design and build bespoke mixing solutions, including ATEX certified systems, jacketed vessels, low pressure vessels and complete processing systems.
